USEFUL INFORMATION

To reserve a spot in Bar Academy’s seminars, you can simply visit our website at www.baracademy.gr to choose your desired seminar and complete the booking with a debit or credit card or via Klarna with interest-free installments; alternatively, you may come to our offices in person and register by paying in cash or by card; or you can call us at +30 210 6400540, after which we will provide you with the necessary details for payment by card or bank transfer.

You can choose from the following payment options: when booking through our website, pay by debit or credit card or via Klarna with interest-free installments; at our offices, pay in person with cash or card; or complete payment via bank transfer or the IRIS service using your VAT number or a QR code.

If you notify us at least 10 days before the seminar starts, there is no charge; if you inform us less than 10 days before, we retain 50% of the fee, issue the corresponding receipt, and you can apply the remaining amount toward a future seminar subject to availability; if you notify us less than 3 days before, the full fee is retained, but you still have the option to attend the seminar in a later session under the Re-Attendance Policy.

Participants in Bar Academy’s training programs receive a Certificate of Attendance after completing the entire program and successfully passing both practical and theoretical assessments of their knowledge and skills.

The prerequisite for participation is that you have reached the age of 18. For beginner levels, no prior experience is required, while for advanced levels a combination of experience and relevant education is necessary, along with an evaluation before the program begins.

Participation of minors (under 18 years old) is permitted only in Barista seminars and requires the following: the purchase, payment, or registration must be made by the legal guardian, and a responsible declaration via gov.gr is also required, stating that the minor’s participation in the seminar is allowed.
