Since its founding in October 2007 in Athens, Bar Academy has followed an impressive trajectory in the field of professional education for the foodservice and hospitality sector, establishing itself as a point of reference in Greece and the wider region. With a strong educational identity and continual adaptation to market needs, it now boasts modern, fully equipped facilities in three major cities: Athens, Thessaloniki, and Heraklion (Crete).
This strategic expansion allows the academy to offer high-level training to more professionals across Greece, covering all core and specialized requirements of modern bartending, coffee service, and hospitality management. With hundreds of graduates each year, certified training programs, partnerships with international bodies and brands, as well as the organization of major events—such as the Athens Bar Show, The Coffee Show, and, as of 2024, the Salonica Bar Show and Salonica Bar Week—Bar Academy is far more than just an educational organization.
