Bartending - Level 1

The bartending profession is flourishing on a global scale. We are living in the second golden age of cocktails, a term used to describe the past 20 years, and job opportunities in the field are increasing daily. However, so are the demands of the job market, which now requires professional bartenders with strong foundational skills.

This seminar provides participants with the essential knowledge needed to work effectively as bartenders in bars, cafés (as bartenders), restaurants, or hotels. The knowledge gained is both practical, enabling participants to perform the job, and theoretical, ensuring they can work with confidence and without uncertainty.

The Bar Academy training system simulates the real-life operations of a bar. Trainees set up their workspace just as they would at the beginning of a shift, prepare ingredients for drinks and cocktails, and organize their stations. From the second day onwards, they follow the daily agenda, learning every aspect of a modern hospitality business. On the final day, they manage the bar inventory and execute orders under real-world conditions.

Upon completing the training, participants will have all the necessary skills to work as professional bartenders. However, for those with no prior experience, we recommend starting as bar assistants or barbacks to properly launch their careers in the industry.
