This seminar is designed to enhance theoretical knowledge, refine modern mixing techniques, and develop the palate of experienced bartenders. It is intended for professionals with at least three years of cocktail experience or those who have completed Bartending Level 1 with a minimum of six months of industry experience.
The training covers spirits theory and tasting, advanced cocktail preparation beyond classic recipes, homemade ingredient techniques, and an introduction to modern mixing methods for efficient cocktail production and innovative recipe development. It also includes speed cocktail bartending training, enabling bartenders to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality.

Day 1 - Spirits Analysis & Tasting
This session explores the history, production process, and sensory characteristics of alcoholic beverages. Through guided tastings, participants will gain a deeper understanding of key spirit categories, including whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, tequila/mezcal, brandy/cognac, liqueurs, aperitifs, vermouth, and local products. The session focuses on the fundamentals of alcohol, distillation techniques, and how different spirits influence cocktail creation.
Days 2 & 3 - Modern Bartending & Cocktail Evolution
This session explores the history of bartending and cocktail culture, tracing the evolution of drink mixing and major cocktail trends over time. Participants will study cocktail families and modifier categories, along with modern mixing techniques and Molecular Mixology methods to elevate their craft. The training includes hands-on preparation and deep dives into Classic, Prohibition, Tiki, Modern Classic, Disco, and Contemporary Cocktails, focusing on speed cocktail techniques and efficiency behind the bar. Additionally, a sales training module will help bartenders refine their approach to customer engagement and service optimization.
Day 4 - Homemade Ingredients & Infusions
This session focuses on the creation of homemade products, exploring infusions, syrups, tinctures, and other handcrafted ingredients essential for elevating cocktail flavors. Participants will learn advanced preparation techniques, ingredient preservation, and production methods to enhance efficiency and creativity behind the bar.
Day 5 - Signature Creations & Menu Development
The final session focuses on signature cocktail creation, where participants apply their skills to develop unique and innovative drinks. Training extends to cocktail menu design, balancing creativity with profitability and customer appeal. The session concludes with competition-style cocktail presentations, refining speed, technique, and presentation skills for industry challenges.
