Achilleas Thanasoudas

Achilleas has been working in the hospitality industry since 2009. Over the past decade, he has been behind the bar at well-known venues in Serres and Thessaloniki, including Mpriki, The Blue Cup, Vogatsikou 3, and Noema Mykonos.

As a Flair Bartender, he has claimed the Greek National Championship title twice, proudly representing Greece in two global cocktail competitionsTokyo (2016) and Estonia (2018).

His passion for raw ingredients, homemade products, and creative techniques is what he believes led him to his current role as an instructor in the Zero Waste & Creative Techniques department at Bar Academy.
