Alexandros Kontinis

Alexandros had his first contact with spirits at the age of 17 in his hometown of Corfu, where he began working as a bartender. He later moved to Athens to study Food & Beverage Management and Marketing in the hospitality sector.

He has attended numerous seminars by respected Greek and international professionals, covering topics such as spirits, beer, wine, and advanced mixing techniques. Over the years, he has been involved in several menu development projects for bars, cocktail bars, and bar-restaurants, as well as staff training programs.

A graduate of Bar Academy’s complete seminar program, Alexandros has also participated in academy-organized events and the Athens Bar Show. He currently works behind the bar at Chelona Bar Restaurant in Athens.
