Dimitris Kaitalidis

Dimitris has been active in the hospitality industry since 2004 and is based in Thessaloniki. In recent years, he has worked at some of the city’s most well-known cocktail bars, including Third Wave, La Doze, The Blue Cup, and Gorillas.

Since 2020, he has held the position of Bar Manager at Nectar Distillery, and in 2022 he joined Bar Academy as an instructor for the Zero Waste Creative Techniques program.

In 2022, he was awarded the title of Most Sustainable Bartender at the Flor de Caña European Final, and he is now preparing to compete for the global title.
