Ilias Konstantinidis

Ilias is originally from Serres, but for the past 16 years, he has lived and worked in Thessaloniki. With extensive experience in the beverage industry, he has held positions as Head Bartender and Bar Manager at well-known venues such as Paraty & Loft and Cottage.

He has also worked as a Brand Ambassador and Business Development Manager for companies like Granikal and Skyspirits, and he is currently with Beverage World.

His competition achievements include:

• 2nd place at the Monin Cup 2014
• 1st Audience Award at the Skinos Mediterranean Cocktail Challenge (World Final)
• Finalist at the Greek World Class Final

Since 2018, he has been a bartending instructor at Bar Academy Thessaloniki.
