CTA buttonShe is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology at the School of Food Technology and Nutrition of the University of West Attica (formerly T.E.I. Athens) and holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology with a specialization in Food Quality Management. During her studies, she attended specialized seminars on food hygiene and safety, excelling in the Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing, in collaboration with the Royal Society for Public Health (UK).
Throughout her academic years, she gained experience working in foodservice businesses and completed her internship in a food analysis laboratory.
She began her professional career as a Quality Assurance Manager in a company specializing in the import, processing, and trading of seafood. She later worked as a Food Business Consultant, focusing on hygiene and safety compliance.
She is currently the co-owner of a restaurant in Chalandri, Athens.
