Babis Kaidalidis

He has been active in the hospitality industry since the early 1990s. Although he initially began his studies in computer science, it was the world of hospitality and bars that ultimately won him over. Since 2000, he has worked as a staff trainer, bartender, training coordinator, and bar manager.

With a deep love for bartending and education, he has attended numerous professional training programs in Greece and abroad, and has participated in—and earned distinctions at—industry competitions, always aiming to grow as a professional. He frequently travels to attend conferences, festivals, and trade events, and visits distilleries and spirit producers, continuously expanding his knowledge and skills.

Over the course of his career, he has organized training programs for bartenders and baristi, cocktail competitions, and industry events. Today, he leads the team at Bar Academy, serves as a seminar instructor, and is also the head organizer of the Athens Bar Show.
