Spiros Panopoulos

Spyros is a hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in bartending and bartender education. Since November 2023, he has been a member of the teaching team at Bar Academy Athens, where he leads both Level 1 and Level 2 seminars for aspiring bartenders.

His career includes collaborations with top bars and brands, both as a bartender and as a brand ambassador. He is currently the agave spirits Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard and the owner of LALOS Athens.

Spyros has attended numerous seminars and masterclasses led by internationally renowned professionals and has stood out in several national competitions, including:
