Dimitris Filippou

He has been actively working in the hospitality industry since 2012. While he has held various positions, it was the barthat immediately captured his passion. To deepen his knowledge, he began traveling to industry exhibitions both in Greece and abroad.

He has participated in numerous competitions, including:

• 1st Place at the Giffard West Cup Greece 2019
• 1st Place at the Giffard West Cup Greece 2022

His professional journey includes working at renowned bars in London and Athens, and he is now based in Heraklion, Crete.

His motto is: “Knowledge only has value when it is shared.” Through his role at Bar Academy, he aims to pass on everything he has learned and experienced to the next generation of professionals.
