CTA buttonHis journey in the hospitality industry began 18 years ago at one of Thessaloniki’s most well-known bar-restaurants. Initially working in the finance department, his long-standing curiosity for spirits and cocktails soon led him behind the bar.
Since then, he has consistently pursued professional development, attending seminars by internationally recognized experts in the field.
For the past 13 years, he has been the Owner and Bar Manager of La Doze Bar in Thessaloniki. He has also collaborated as a trainer with leading brands such as METAXA and JOSE CUERVO.
In addition to his bar responsibilities, he is actively involved in event planning and bar catering services, bringing creativity and professionalism to a wide range of hospitality experiences.
