At the age of 18, he found himself working behind a bar by chance—and immediately knew that bartending was his professional calling. Driven by the desire to delight people and craft cocktails that stimulate sight, smell, and taste, he began his journey by enrolling in the Bartending seminar series at Bar Academy. It was there that he first encountered Molecular Mixology, which captured his imagination.

He went on to attend a series of specialized seminars on molecular gastronomy, food pairing, and creative techniques, taught by both Greek and international experts. Over the years, he has worked as a bartender, bar manager, and cocktail bar owner, taking charge of signature cocktail menu development and staff training in various well-known venues.

In parallel, he is also an instructor at Bar Academy, teaching bartending seminars and leading the Zero Waste Creative Techniques course.
