Panagiotis Fragkos

Panagiotis Fragkos is dedicated to continually expanding and refining his knowledge, skills, and abilities in bartending and cocktail creation. A graduate of Bar Academy, he has attended numerous seminars and workshops led by globally renowned bartenders.

Active in the bar industry since 2009, he has worked as a bartender and head bartender, and has developed cocktail menus for numerous bars and restaurants. He is also a core member of the Gastronomy Project at Bill & Coo in collaboration with Chef Athinagoras Kostakos.

Throughout his bartending career, Panagiotis has achieved notable competition success, including:

  • 1st Place – General Workshop Belvedere Vodka 2011 (Chamomile Grapefruit Martini)
  • 4th Place – World Class Greece 2011 (Triangle Drink)
  • 1st Place in Taste – Young Bartender Hellas 2010 (Apple Pie Cocktail)
