CTA buttonHe caught the hospitality bug—specifically for bars—at the age of 14 or 15, inspired by his grandfather who owned a beer hall in Munich. Instantly fascinated, he asked to get behind the bar, and the journey began. While studying Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), he worked in various hospitality roles, many of which still influence his professional approach today.
Realizing early on that bartending was his true calling, he began a series of seminars at Bar Academy, seeking to build a strong foundation and grow within the industry. Since then, his passion for the craft has only deepened, and he never misses an opportunity to expand his knowledge.
His experience includes roles as Head Bartender at A for Athens and CV Distiller, and he currently works behind the bar at Odori Vermouteria and Barsol. A true lover of fine spirits and a dedicated whisky enthusiast, he remains driven by a constant thirst for learning and refinement.
